Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and strategies.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager in the Construction industry.
- Proven experience in self-storage construction, commercial projects, design-build, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, and office projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
