Position Overview:

The Senior Oracle ERP Financial Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in addressing business challenges through effective analysis and optimization of financial systems. This position requires a deep understanding of business architecture, process enhancement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement financial systems solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for application developers.
  • Conduct thorough research to define system scope and objectives based on user needs.
  • Support data management activities, including data cleanup and reconciliation.
  • Facilitate testing and training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Project modules.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud Grants module.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
