Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to plant staff on quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management systems and processes.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field (e.g. quality management, engineering, science).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
