  • Collaborate with service management to optimize department efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee quality control for PDI inspections and service repairs, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Manage and maintain all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the RV, automotive, or powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, navigating fast-paced office settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reliable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
