Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager

At alliantgroup, LP, we're on a mission to strengthen American businesses. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant business growth for our consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to shape the firm's overall business strategy
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads for consulting services
  • Utilize advanced marketing automation and nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer journey
  • Continuously optimize digital channels and campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the firm's market positioning and differentiation
  • Develop marketing strategies that enhance the overall client experience and support client retention efforts
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with consulting partners and subject matter experts to develop compelling thought leadership content
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-value content that positions our firm as industry experts
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, reinforcing the firm's expertise and value proposition - including website, social media, resources, and industry-specific platforms
  • Develop strategies to amplify our thought leadership and increase market visibility
Analytics & Performance Management:
  • Implement robust analytics and attribution systems to track marketing performance across all channels
  • Provide regular insights and reports on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact to firm leadership
  • Use data to drive decision-making, continually refining target client profiles and improving marketing efficiency
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Partners, Business Development, and Consulting teams to align marketing efforts with firm-wide objectives
  • Support proposal development and pitch processes with strategic insights and compelling marketing materials
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts and target industries

  • Hands-on leader comfortable with both high-level strategy and tactical execution
  • Ability to translate complex business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Results-oriented with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes and business impact
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges
  • Adaptable and innovative, with a willingness to experiment and learn in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of aligned experience
  • Good work history/no consistent job hopping
  • Open to working on-site
