About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding our squads in adopting and implementing agile practices and principles. You will work closely with the squad leader and team members to ensure that our development processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption and implementation of agile practices and principles
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies
  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the squad leader to prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or similar Scrum credential
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and processes
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Miro, and other agile tools
