We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our Clinical and Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management training, and nutrition intervention to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient food services plans based on medical direction and patient population needs.
- Lead and manage a team of patient service staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets to meet patient preferences and medical guidelines.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve patient satisfaction goals.
- Participate in and lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field and Registered Dietitian certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
