Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN ICHD to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, providing empathetic and compassionate care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in an outpatient dialysis center
  • Work with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing preferred
