We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Milwaukie, OR. As a Dialysis Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a 1+ year experience as a Registered Nurse. You will work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients in an intimate den setting.
  • Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
