Job Title: Treatment Specialist-Overnight

Community and Family Resources is seeking a dedicated Treatment Specialist to join our team in the Men's Residential Unit in Fort Dodge. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about recovery and assisting others on their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in completing necessary assessment forms and documents.
  • Orient clients to program services and provide support.
  • Monitor clients' whereabouts and behaviors, offering feedback and guidance.
  • Report client issues to staff and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
  • Provide transportation for clients to scheduled appointments and activities.
  • Assist with searching client belongings and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Participate in facility rounds and follow-up surveys.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Lived experience with recovery is a plus.
