**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Handle more difficult questions and issues, provide general information, verify information, and refer individuals to applicable offices or departments as needed.
  2. Serve as a team lead for lower-level customer service representatives, including coordinating entries in call center tracking database, ensuring vendor notification and resolution of issues.
  3. Accept and process requests for official university information or documents, provide instructions on how to obtain university information or documents.
  4. Investigate complaints from customers and participate in negotiating solutions.

**Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple mathematical functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
