We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Care Specialist to join our team. As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the hospice team to meet each patient's unique needs
  • Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity
  • Enhance the quality of life for patients and their families
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred
  • In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following:
  • They are already a licensed/certified aide; or
  • They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
  • Current CPR certification required

  • Wisconsin: Aides required to be certified and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
