Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Associate to join our team at WARFIELD ROHR CASKET CO. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of merchandise throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to lift and maneuver heavy loads (approximately 250 lbs) and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid Maryland Class C Drivers License
  • Be able to read and speak English
  • Have a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening test
  • Provide a driving record
  • Pass a driver's test (both written and on the road)
  • Have a working sense of direction in and around the Baltimore Metropolitan area
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be responsible, reliable, and courteous
