Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Clerk to join our team at Horizon Ventures in Wedel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ordering process for spare parts and plan spare parts inventory for the service department
  • Plan and order work equipment and work clothing
  • Prepare all incoming documents for processing by the tax consultant
  • Enter documents into the payment list and file them
  • Responsible for the "invoice" email inbox
  • Regularly upload incoming and outgoing documents to the tax consultant
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports for the tax consultant
  • Submit monthly Intrastat reports
  • Ensure tool inspection dates (ISO) are met
  • Assist with the creation of maintenance documentation for boats in the service department
  • Ensure workplace safety, including risk assessment
  • Act as sabotage protection officer

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
