Job Summary

The Whaling City Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support in the sales of financing and subprime loan services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers' credit and provide accurate paperwork in every deal efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the current finance and lending landscape and stay up-to-date on all changes that may affect customers' financing options.
  • Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding finance products.
  • Negotiate with lenders to obtain fair terms and interest rates.
  • Develop strategies to increase the number of fully-funded subprime deals.
  • Train sales personnel on methods and techniques to easily and accurately approve financing deals.
  • Meet specific goals assigned by the Finance Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after financing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years Finance/Credit/Lending Experience.
  • Knowledge of finance and automotive industry.
  • Outstanding customer service and salesmanship skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough comprehension and technical skill in various finance programs.
