We are seeking a skilled Production Team Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical skills and be able to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

As a Production Team Coordinator, you will assist the production team in assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.

You will also conduct quality inspections on products and parts, perform equipment testing, and prepare finished products for shipment.

In addition, you will maintain a clean and orderly work area, use precision measuring instruments and gauges, and communicate effectively with the team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the production team in assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment
  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
  • Perform equipment testing
  • Prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Use precision measuring instruments and gauges
  • Communicate effectively with the team

Requirements

  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual
  • Safety-minded
  • Self-motivated
  • Experienced in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields for a minimum of 7 years
  • Familiar with assembly tools
  • Equipped with basic hand tools
  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined
  • Able to handle physical workload
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

The work environment is inside the manufacturing building, which may be non-uniformly heated or air-conditioned. You will be exposed to dust, oil, grime, fumes, and industrial lubricants. Noise level is moderate, and hearing protection may be required. Exposed to grinding and welding debris, eye protection is required. Other PPE is also required, such as safety shoes.
