Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on the location of the shop.
Job DescriptionThe Service Advisor will play a critical role in managing the daily activities of the front counter, overseeing sales operations, and coordinating production workflow. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Presenting accurate estimates to customers and upselling maintenance services
- Coordinating customer pick-up and delivery
- Answering phones with a cheerful and professional tone
- Providing customer service, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as facilities
- Managing inventory and procuring parts
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
In addition to these responsibilities, the Service Advisor will be expected to maintain high levels of productivity and ensure that customer promise times are met. They will also be responsible for scheduling, next maintenance scheduling, and exiting scheduling.
