Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and update daily job schedules for manufacturing personnel
  • Participate in production meetings to coordinate between Customer/Sales and Manufacturing
  • Prepare complete write-ups for internal and external vendors
  • Preflight incoming electronic files for manufacturing
  • Verify manufacturing schedules and customer expectations
  • Order consumables as needed for manufacturing completion
  • Verify customer information and receive all job materials
  • Communicate service issues and ideas for improvement to the Production Supervisor
  • Quality check materials submitted by manufacturing before release
  • Gather project materials and generate internal quotes for invoicing
Requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
  • Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced computer skills preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply proactive and critical thinking skills to problem-solve solutions
  • Packaging industry experience preferred
  • Associates degree or equivalent preferred, or completion of trade school or apprentice program
  • Minimum 5 years working in customer service for a prepress provider
