Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient primary care clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care in a team-based environment
  • Provide primary care services to insured and uninsured children and adults
  • Work collaboratively with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in on-call rotations and flexible scheduling as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physician Assistant in an outpatient primary care clinic or community health center
  • Academic degree and completion of a specialized Physician Assistant Training Program
  • Successful completion of a national physician assistant examination and licensure by the Physician Assistant Board in California
  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant in good standing from the California State Physician Assistant Board
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and satisfactory report from the National Practitioner Data Bank
  • Ability to meet Dignity Health's credentialing and privileging processes
  • BLS certification and PA license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
