Job Title: FP&A Director

Saluda Medical is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead our global financial planning and analysis function. As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute the corporate strategy, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the corporate financial model, ensuring accuracy and relevance in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Own the budgeting process, collaborating with business leaders to set targets and develop plans that deliver on those targets.
  • Lead the forecast process, monitoring performance against targets, updating forecasts, and managing business sensitivities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and distribute KPI dashboards, automating data and reporting while promptly addressing material changes in outlook.
  • Conduct scenario analysis, modeling business scenarios, and developing contingency plans to navigate changes in market conditions.
  • Partner with the leadership team to deliver on financial plans, setting and tracking operational targets, developing business cases, and providing decision-making support across the enterprise.
  • Lead the finance business partners to develop and implement strategic, operational, and financial plans, responding effectively to changes in outlooks and circumstances for their respective business units.
Requirements:
  • Extensive expertise in leading a global FP&A function, including corporate modeling, AOP/forecasts, management/KPI reporting in a global/multi-region environment.
  • Outstanding business partnering experience, gaining trust with executive leaders by demonstrating a broad view of the operating environment, being strategically minded, and able to exercise sound judgment to lead others through change.
  • Professional Accounting or Finance Qualifications (Chartered, CPA, or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of senior FP&A leadership experience in a multinational organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial sales teams, R&D projects, and portfolio management and supply chain/manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced Corporate Modelling Skills in MS Excel, BI/Planning tools (e.g., WD/Hyperion), ERP (e.g., QAD or similar), and attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, build strong cross-functional relationships, and collaborate to drive process excellence.
  • Ability to develop strategies and champion enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Willingness to step in with a hands-on approach to tasks, recognizing the need to build structure to support strategic aspirations while ensuring ongoing operational delivery.
