Job Summary

As a Geotechnical Principal at ECS Southwest, LLP, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting Geotechnical staff. This role involves hosting or attending project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions, as well as mentoring Associate Principals and participating in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews
  • Prepare and review proposals, and assist with management of the department and P&L
  • Conduct business development and assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
  • Assist hiring managers in making staffing decisions and lead and coach junior staff members

Requirements
  • Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering
  • 12 years of related experience
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license required in each state where you work
