Job Overview

North 40 Outfitters is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Clothing Associate to join our team in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Generate sales and suggest products to customers, utilizing your knowledge of our brands and products
  • Stock and merchandise products, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and team lift heavier items as needed
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
