Role Overview:

The Order Confirmation Specialist is integral to the Customer Service and Logistics departments, ensuring the accurate confirmation of orders for production and dispatch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers on a daily basis to verify order details
  • Collaborating with production, shipping, and customer service teams
  • Resolving shipping-related challenges
  • Supporting order processing and participating in special initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
