Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous, inquisitive, and innovative professional with expertise in molecular biology or biochemistry to contribute to our RNA team. This position is crucial for the progression of circRNA-based technologies aimed at enhancing cell and gene therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the generation of both standard and innovative circRNA materials for various projects and platform improvements.
- Enhance in vitro transcription (IVT) and purification methods to optimize production efficiency.
- Design biochemical assays for the characterization of circRNA while ensuring systematic data management and laboratory organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with in vitro RNA is preferred; familiarity with FPLC or HPLC is advantageous.
- Proficient in Benchling, with strong communication abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a collaborative environment.
