Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate provider compensation and manage contract reconciliations
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis
  • Oversee budgeting processes
  • Prepare financial and productivity reports
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Utilize Oracle ERP systems effectively
  • Facilitate operations reviews
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and regional directors

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with financial software is preferred
