Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering and scheduling activities of designated projects.
  • Establish project objectives with the Division Manager and oversee document control and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Implement established corporate policies and procedures, including EEO and Affirmative Action responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, and ideally Cal Trans work, with a proven track record of managing subordinates and resolving problems involving labor disputes, material deliveries, and contracts/subcontract administration.
