Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
