About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Technician to join our team at YesCare Health. As a Psych Tech, you will play a critical role in providing mental health care and support to individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors and ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Assist in delivering interventions, including individual contacts, psychoeducational programming, and group sessions.
  • Provide recreational activities to patients and complete daily documentation of services provided.
  • Monitor patients during activities and implement skills workshops and programs in behavior management.
