The estimated annual salary range for this role is $21,240 - $24,830, with opportunities for merit-based increases as you progress in the BOA position.

Job Description

This Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is an essential part of our team, supporting Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a valued member of the client team, you will have a wide support network, including comprehensive training and mentorship.

You'll work independently but have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way, delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Your active role in the annual business planning process will assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
