About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cellular Modem Administrator to join our team at Wanco Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying, configuring, and testing cellular modems for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure cellular modems for use in production environments.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and network connectivity of cellular modems.
  • Develop quality assurance procedures to ensure modem functionality and accuracy of configurations.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of cellular modems, including maintenance, updates, and replacements as needed.
  • Document and report on modem configurations, testing procedures, and lifecycle activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in modem administration, product technology, or a related technical role.
  • Familiarity with networking standards and TCP/IP protocol.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.

Salary and Benefits
