Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing team and drive clinical excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing all nursing service activities, making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing care

Requirements

  • Active RN License in the state
  • Masters Degree, or active progression toward a Masters degree
  • Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, with three years of experience in nursing management preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
