Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist oral surgeons chairside during a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment areas and instruments to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, including CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Capture high-quality radiographic images and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide patients with detailed pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to enhance their recovery experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for effective patient care continuity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma and reliable transportation.
  • A strong motivation to learn and a genuine passion for healthcare.
  • Previous experience in dental or oral surgery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Certifications:

Applicants must be able to obtain:

  • CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Massachusetts Dental Assistant License within 6 months of hire.
  • DAANCE certification within 1 year of hire is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay range of $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $500.00. Our benefits include:
