We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team at Stantec. This role will play a critical part in the multidisciplinary design and construction management teams for municipal, industrial, and alternative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the development of accurate and detailed cost estimates for major capital and construction projects.
  • Lead the team in cost estimation excellence, analytical insight, database management, value management, validation and guidance, technical skills, documentation, client collaboration, risk assessment, and collaboration with design teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in cost estimating, construction management, or related fields, proficiency in cost estimation software, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. The salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
