Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at FPI Management, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential property management, hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. This individual must be able to communicate effectively with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

A key responsibility of this position is to carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI. They will also be responsible for maintaining occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations and exhibit professional leasing techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations
• Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI
• Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations
• Exhibit professional leasing techniques
• Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
• Assist with advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed
• Exhibit closing ratios in regards phone and walk-in traffic per FPI policy
• Assist with ensuring that all online marketing sources are updated daily
• Promote positive resident/management relations, to retain desirable residents. Place customer need requests and follow up as number one priority
• Assist with resident retention programs
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all property residents
• Ensure move-in orientation is completed consistently with new residents
• Maintain appropriate resident files including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident files.
• Ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.
• May assist in periodic reporting requirements as requested
• Ensure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reports timely any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage through the proper reporting channels and forms.
• React calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional, and/or stressful situations.
• Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs.
• Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion. c. Ongoing monitoring of the physical asset and identifying concerns with immediate supervisor.
• Follow up on maintenance requests to promote resident communication and satisfaction

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
