Northern Light Health is seeking a Registered Nurse I to join our team. As a Registered Nurse I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Safe and Effective Patient Care: Utilize best practices during hand-off communication and when reporting patient care information, and seek assistance from other staff as needed.
  • Perform and Document Systematic Assessments: Conduct systematic assessments according to established criteria and document findings accurately.
  • Recognize and Respond to Abnormal Diagnostic Data: Identify and report abnormal diagnostic data to the appropriate provider.
  • Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, seeking assistance for conflict resolution as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
  • Credentials: Required Registered Nurse
  • Working Conditions: Lifting, moving, and loading 30 to 50 pounds; alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends)
