Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Nike Retail team as a Coach. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium experience for our customers and teammates, while driving sales and growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Consumer Experience: Shape the consumer experience in our stores, bringing the Nike experience to life for our fans every step of the way.
- Athlete Services: Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates, equip store employees with the tools they need to succeed, and foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun work culture.
- Product Life Cycle: Ensure that the consumer always has access to the right product at the right time, from receiving in the stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Three years of retail and/or consumer service experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
- Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members
- Digital literacy and ability to adapt to technology needs with agility
- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the business needs
- Ability to communicate in English
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of post-secondary education will be considered a plus
