We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Studio Logistics and Planning to lead our studio operations and logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end cross-functional management and execution of high-volume product planning, logistics, and tracking across multiple studios to support Nike's premium content delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with core functional Marketing teams at a Global and Geography (Geo) level to ensure the planning and transition into a new way of working, in order to maintain and deliver seasonal and year-over-year product logistics and project delivery with a unified strategy.
- Manage a team of operational experts collaborating cross-departmentally with Brand, Planning/Ordering, Styling, Production, and Post-Production teams to support the timely photo and video productions through completion.
- Translate business partners' needs and Brand-right priorities into reality through the product planning and logistics lens of scalable studio operations.
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee international shipping, inventory liquidation, and other logistics-related tasks.
- 7+ years in studio facility operations and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Strong contracting and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
