The Retail Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and will engage in all critical functions that ensure the store operates efficiently and profitably, in line with company policies and procedures.

This role involves supporting the Store Manager in supervising staff and taking charge of the entire store operation during the Manager's absence. The Supervisor will exemplify outstanding customer service and showcase effective selling techniques to enhance sales and enrich the customer experience.

Additionally, the Retail Operations Supervisor will ensure that all aspects of the Groupe Dynamite brand image and visual merchandising standards are clearly understood and maintained by the team.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Goal-oriented and driven
  • Team-oriented with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow up
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
