Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Clinical Operations Coordinator encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating schedules to align with medical directives.
  • Overseeing staff scheduling.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing triage support.
  • Assisting the clinical team in the prompt processing of necessary documentation.
  • Arranging client visits in accordance with care plans and staff availability.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience in scheduling is essential.
  • Background in an administrative role within home healthcare is preferred.

Work Schedule

  • This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, in an office environment.
