As a PRN provider, you will work on a per diem basis, covering shifts Monday through Friday and Saturday half days. Responsibilities

* Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model, ensuring the highest level of care.
* Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations meet medical and professional standards.
* Complete medical record documentation prior to the end of each shift, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Participate in quality management processes, promoting proficiency in clinical support activities.
* Communicate with clients and patients to ensure their needs are met, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

* Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
* Licensure in Ohio and KY, with DEA registration in both states.
* DOT/FMCSA certification (active or willing to obtain during credentialing).
* Graduate of an accredited PA or CRNP program, with board certification.
* Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but willing to train qualified candidates.
