Advanced Practice Provider Business Health Specialist

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and treatment under the guidance of a designated physician.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, evaluation, and coordination of patient plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in quality improvement activities and community education initiatives
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the state of practice
- Collaborative practice agreement with a designated physician
- St. Elizabeth Healthcare medical staff privileges as an allied health professional
