HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management and at least five years of experience managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all stages of commercial HVAC projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Utilize technical knowledge to guide the design and estimation of HVAC systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline using project management tools such as MS Project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to streamline project workflows and maintain on-schedule progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools such as Bluebeam and Procore, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that projects meet client and industry standards.
- Provide clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project status, updates, and any potential issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects, with a robust and successful project delivery track record.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, or similar project management software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Local and stable work history within the Los Angeles area or a willingness to relocate.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and budgets.
