Powder Coater

Falcon Manufacturing is a leading custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. We are seeking a skilled Powder Paint Sprayer to join our team.

• Apply high-quality powder coatings to work pieces with precision and consistency
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload paint powder with efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Run repetitive production parts with attention to detail
• Perform other related duties as production needs require

• Minimum 1 year of experience in powder painting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in operating powder guns to properly coat parts
• Ability to meet productivity standards and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more
• Dependable and energetic with a willingness to learn

• Experience in metal shop production
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Hourly pay, DOE, with a competitive salary range. Full-time, 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed.
