Airline Ticketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airline Ticketing Specialist to join our team at Corporate Flight Management. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling airline ticketing, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Handling airline ticketing and managing schedules
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
- Must have a valid driver license and good driving record
- Must understand, read, and write English. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite of products including Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Able to type 30 words per minute
