As a Reservations Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming bookings and service inquiries for airline reservations. This will involve providing complete and accurate air itineraries, assisting customers with travel needs, and solving customer-related issues and requests. You will also be responsible for reading, understanding, and applying contract bulk rules and restrictions, as well as ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming bookings and service inquiries for airline reservations
  • Provide complete and accurate air itineraries within one hour of receipt of request
  • Assist customers with travel needs, including answering inquiries, ticketing, checking-in passengers, and boarding flights
  • Read, understand, and apply contract bulk rules and restrictions
  • Solve customer-related issues and requests while maintaining a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $24,000 - $30,000 per annum, based on performance
  • Paid sick leave and vacation hours
  • Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges after completing six active months of service
