The Vice President of Operations (VPO) is accountable for ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of Linke Resources' overall performance. This includes overseeing the organization's strategic initiatives, financial outcomes, operational efficiency, technological advancements, workforce management, and organizational culture.

In this role, the VPO is tasked with aligning the organization's strategic objectives with operational execution.

Working closely with clinical leadership, the VPO is responsible for designing and managing the comprehensive care continuum and the Client Engagement Center.


The VPO will hold management responsibility across the enterprise, ensuring services are tailored to meet the needs of clients, families, payors, and staff.

This position reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the Linke Resources leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership

Foster effective collaboration between clinical leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery and the achievement of Linke's mission, goals, and objectives.

Contribute to the organization's overall success through active participation in cross-functional activities, communication strategies, processes, policies, protocols, and best practices.

Lead and cultivate a culture that reflects Linke's core values.

Technology

Establish enterprise-wide standards, oversee the selection, implementation, and management of technological solutions.

Manage quality assurance processes and lead change management initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of new systems.

Develop and oversee technology capital expenditure budgets.

Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to create a roadmap for technology adoption.

Lead initiatives to enhance streamlined communication technology selection and deployment.

Performance Optimization

Lead strategic planning efforts.

Design and implement performance management systems and scorecards at both the enterprise and clinic levels.

Partner with clinical leadership to develop operational procedures aimed at enhancing overall performance.

Optimize organizational structure, policies, processes, systems, and operations.

Manage the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and the adoption of L10 practices.

Talent Management

Lead annual and quarterly talent planning initiatives.

Develop processes for talent acquisition and onboarding.

Oversee talent optimization, allocation, and productivity management programs.

Manage culture design and programming that reflects the lived culture of the organization.

Oversee career pathing, compensation strategies, and organizational design to support growth.

Develop talent performance measurement, development, and coaching programs.

Oversee the creation of a training curriculum for both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Manage the development of an internal communications strategy and ongoing management system.

Continuum of Care

Lead the development and integration of diagnostic services, therapies, and the Client Engagement Center.

Drive the creation of client satisfaction and throughput scorecards and processes to enhance performance.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.

Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
