Clinical Utilization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Utilization Manager to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a Clinical Utilization Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the utilization of services throughout the course of treatment for patients admitted to our inpatient and outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor appropriate utilization and documentation of services
- Coordinate authorization with third-party payors
- Review cases for appropriateness of admission, continued stay, and discharge planning
- Assist in the promotion and maintenance of high quality patient care through the analysis, review and evaluation of clinical practices
Requirements:
- Master's Degree, or RN Licensure from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health or a related field
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent
- CPR
- A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
