Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate electrical equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Understand electrical systems, processes, and monitoring of equipment operation.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with Company standards.
  • Keep a clean and organized work setting, completing cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Observe safety and security procedures, reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Attend all Company-sponsored training events, focusing on personal growth and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or College Degree in electromechanical or mechatronics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to utilize common sense and skills in completing responsibilities and operating equipment.
  • PLC knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Steam boiler and plant air compressor system experience is helpful.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Demonstration of strong work ethics, punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to give and welcome feedback and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Proven electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills.
