Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant to deliver direct patient care services under the guidance and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, monitoring changes in patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records as required. You will also implement treatment plans and therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- A caring and compassionate demeanor
- Prior experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous
