Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies to improve functional abilities.
  • Implement interventions and activities to promote patient independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Less than 1 year of experience as a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • EMR experience is not required.
